1What do I need to rent a scooter?
You should be 18+ and show your original car (B) or any kind of scooter/motorbike driving license, you need to sign the rental contract and leave the required cash and document deposit (please see the scooter specification).
2What is the rental contract about?
In simple words you take full responsibility of the rented scooter and equipment, and you accept to use it according to the contract terms and conditions. We would like that you treat our scooter with respect, if you abuse it you loose the cash deposit according to the contract, if you cause damages you have to pay the full value of the damage.
3What about the best price/quality guarantee and payment?
We claim to have the best price/quality on the market, in case you find a better deal, give us the proof and we will gladly match that price and give you an additional discount. All payments are in cash in Croatian Kuna, prices in Euro are approximate, just for information.
4What do I get when I rent a scooter?
You get a scooter in perfect working condition, registration and basic insurance card, a strong chain lock, helmets, top box (on selected scooters), local map, useful safety and tourist information, our phone number in case of trouble, a big smile and a great thanks!
5 How can I book the scooter, scooter delivery or transfers to our shop?
Simply check our website, choose the one you like best, make sure you have the proper driving license for it and contact us. If possible it’s better to book it in advance. We accept advanced reservations for 4+ days rent. To book for less than 4 days please contact us or visit at our shop. If you want to have the scooter delivered or a transfer to our shop, let us know your full address, contact phone number and preferred delivery/transfer time.
6Is insurance included when we rent a scooter?
Yes, every scooter have a Basic Insurance which include refunds for third parties involved in a crash you caused. The damages you make on the scooter are on your charge. If you are involved in an accident caused by a third party you should call us and the police, if the police reports you are not responsible you will not be charged for damages.
7What to do in case the scooter fails or a flat tire?
Contact us, we will do our best to give you a solution as soon as possible. Flat tire insurance is not included.
8What in case of stolen scooter?
According to the rental contract, when you park the scooter you have to lock it and secure with the chain lock. If you did it, return us the keys of the scooter the chain lock, registration and insurance card, and then it’s not your responsibility. Fortunately Istria region is a safe area, till now we didn’t have any stolen scooter nor any theft attempt 🙂
9What to do in case I have a crash?
Call us, we will do our best to pull you out of trouble ASAP. In case of serious injuries or third parts involved first call the Emergency center 112, then call us when possible.
